arlo ultra audio - icon under the name of the cam is disactivated on the app

Hi guys,

I can’t hear the audio of my arlo ultra cam.

The audio icon under the name of the cam is disactivated on the app and I don’t know how to activate it in order to hear the audio.

Ilo77,

Check your devices audio settings to make sure the speaker/mic are enabled.

If the audio icon on your live stream widget shows an X, this means the incoming audio is muted. Tap the icon and this should unmute.
