Will Ultra record to hub if internet goes down

I have seen discussions on this but no answer I could find- if the internet (NOT Lan) goes down, can the cameras still record to the local storage when using activity zones?

That's exactly the way it's supposed to work. You can test it by unplugging the Ethernet cable to the hub, create a recording and then use the app to view the local recording in the library tab (after you've plugged the cable back in).
