1 camera will not detect ANY motion

Have had my 4 camera ultra system for almost a month now, few weeks ago added a 5th camera.  Having a lot of the same issues others are having with activity zones and all that, but my biggest issue is I have 1 camera that will not detect motion at all.  I want to think I got a few recordings the first day when I was installing it, other than it has not recorded anything.  

 

I've done a motion detection test with it installed on the house and no lights illuminate.  I currently having it sitting on my desk facing me and have done a motion detection test and nothing.  The battery has plenty of life and it is currently about 4 feet from the base station.  Right now I can stream video, but usually after a week it will not allow me to stream, it just seems to freeze.  If I delete the camera from the system I have to manually add it as it won't detect the camera.  

 

Kind of at a loss for what to do now.  I just submitted a ticket to support but I'm not holding my breath.
