When I invite my to wife to view our cameras, the login fails every time

When I invite my wife to view our cameras it takes her to the site she logsin with her user name and it fails every time. And in my app still shows as pending. Any help will be greatly appreciated I’m about ready to return this and get my money back.

When sharing access to your cameras, the instructions here must be followed for the cameras to be shared correctly: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
If the login is failing, either the incorrect credentials are being used, or an account with the credentials being used does not exist. Has she created her own Arlo account?
