Arlo ultra-connects won’t stream

Hi I’ve upgraded my system with a single Arlo ultra hub and single camera.

 

all my old camera connect and work perfectly.

 

the ultra camera connects but won’t stream, I have:

 

turned the base on and off multiple times

disconnected the base and started again multiple times

disconnected the camera and reconnected multiple times

move the camera to different locations and signal strengths 

changed a settings on the camera

disconned all wiring to hub and reconnected 

connected camera automatically and manually.

 

ithink this one is a dud, bought it from an on line shot so how do I do a return if needed.

 

seems like I may have wasted my money

Myzoom,

 

Are you seeing an error message when attempting to live stream? What happens that is preventing you from live streaming? Does the camera record on motion?
