Video Issue with Arlo App

Arlo Community,

 

My Arlo Ultra has been working pretty good overall. However only on the app when I view the live stream I dont get the full picture (Screenshot attached) but a small fraction of the total view. If i view online i get the full picture, makes me think not an issue with the camera but the app. I have the latest firware for the hardware and the latest app as well for my iPhone

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you disable the auto tracking and zoom and see if it still happens? Do you have activity zones set up?

I had activity zones off but turning off the auto tracking solved the issue! Thank you.

 

Seems like these two features are casuing a number of issues.
