VMC5240 Livestream Timeout

I have an Arlo Ultra camera monitoring our my driveway and the cul-de-sac where I iive. I have one small android tablet with the Arlo app loaded on it, and I have not problem starting a 4K livestream, but I can not get it configured the way I need it to work. 

(If it matters, my Arlo Hub has a 128GB SD card.) 

Goals: 

  - Run the live stream without any timeout. (The camera has a charging cable attached, so battery life is not an issue.)

  - Have the tablet screen gray out after a configurable time period ... to prevent screen burn-in, but have it display the live stream when the screen is touched, or when action is detected. 

Is this possible with the Arlo Ultra?  If not natively, could it be done via IFTTT?
