When I changed my home network to use /23 address space (from /24) rebooted my base station it comes up. Cameras still reporting to the cloud but not able to connect from the App for live feed or make changes. Deleted the base station in the App and tried to add it back, but can't find it. Light on base station is solid blue at this time. Anyone know if this a known limitation?

FWIW, Ended up doing a hard reset on the base station and it came back up using the new network settings.  But that means adding back in all 4 cameras. 2 of them which are 15+ feet in the air.... What a effing pain......
