Update to the new firmware. Fixed many issues!
Definitely update to the new FIRMWARE! pretty much all base station models got the update! It fixed so many issues. If its not updated get in contact with Arlo support they can have it updated!!! I know everyone is frustrated with Arlo but I have been running beta firmwares with the Engineers at Arlo and they have fixed a lot of bugs! Please comment and tell me if the update helped you guys
Follow these steps to check the firmware available and to check what you have.
- On this forum go to Firmware Release Notes to see the latest update number available
- To check your version go to My DevicesArlo > SmartHub > SettingsDevice Info > Firmware
- On my VMB5000 I have 18.104.22.168_693_6cd3d19 which is the current version.
