Unable to sync single Ultra camera to new SmartHub. Can I unsync it from VMB4000 Base Station?

I synced an Ultra camera to my old Arlo system - Pro with #4000 base liked it and bought an Arlo ultra system with a new base. However I am unable to sync the single camera to the new base. Can I unsync it from the #4000 base?

Yes. The camera can only be synced to one base/hub at a time.
