Ultra camera not connecting to Hub. Changed Ethernet cable and turned off mobie data, etc.

I bought my Arlo ULTRA 4K camera yesterday, Some how it wont connected, I did all troubleshooting,Changing Ethernet cable, turned off my Mobile device data, reset HUB, Then online chat support team said My internet slow, I rang my Internet provider to increase my download and upload to 54.4mbps Download 19.2 Mbps upload. after that Online chat support team said check my modem setting Ports:80, 123 and 443are close or open! (Are you serious?)
this item faulty why you guys not accepted and replacement?
I have been working online chat support since 4.30am now 08.10am I m still waiting on the phone to someone Help me!
I have been using Arlo last 4 years I bought new upgrade model but not working previous model was working perfectly fine!
anyone can help me how to connect this HUB?

What is the hub's LED showing? Must be blue to connect. Have you held the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber and let it reboot to try again?
