Just got the new ultras one of the cameras seems to have a huge issue with fov. Started out ok but the attached picture is the current doc about 20 degrees. I’ve taken the battery out tried to update and remove from the base, changed all the settings through the app. See attached screenshot. No luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry, not sure what you're asking - what is 20 degrees? Are you adjusting the FOV in the camera settings?

Just to be clear, the camera is positioned 0 degrees/angle correct?
and you did try and remove the camera from Settings > My devices > re-add it?

Had to return the camera system and start over, seemed to be an issue with the camera. Thanks everyone
