Anyone else having problems with streaming services? mine started on Friday.... became very glitchy and unable to retrieve past days video streaming.

have removed batteries and reset.
also reset in app and online.....
really seems to be with the streaming services
"NAM:NAM:NAM " - this is the msg in my timeline where the streamed time usually is

Are you referring to CVR service? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing?

the camera and base have been reset, battery removed from camera also. still no CVR for this camera. have some from a few days ago but will no record anymore.

If you removed the camera, did you reapply CVR? This can be done by logging in to your account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage camera status > drag the desired camera into the CVR slot.

I can’t see any recorded CVR footage from my 2 cameras on my iPhone Arlo iOS app. But I can access all the CVR footage still from a laptop at my.arlo.com.
This recent firmware update also doesn’t allow my activity zones to work. Even though I have an activity zone defined in each camera and smart notifications enabled. My 2 cameras will record motion from within the entire field of view in the cameras. Brutal.
I did open a case # over Arlo chat earlier today but they wanted me to bring the 2 cameras inside to remove them from the base, reset and add them back. I told them no I’m not doing their troubleshooting. Plus it’s raining and I’m not getting on a ladder out in the rain. I even told them people on this chat group were told to try that and it made no difference for all that work.
I look forward to updated firmware to fix all this.

I had an issue and needed access to my CVR footage and onlybone access to one of my cameras archive for the day..... I really need this access for a police report and but now have no film. 😞 please help us arlo
