Ultra Smarthub on desktop PC LIBRARY shows no recordings on local storage, but there are recordings everyday
iPad shows all recordings but not PC
Could it be that PC is hard-wired and not using wifi?

The method of connection of the PC or any other device has no bearing. Are you trying to view the local recordings or the cloud recordings? If the former, the web client doesn't have the capability to view them - you must use the app.
