I've gradually upgraded my Arlo Pro Cameras to the Ultra. Like many others, I've been put through the ringer with all the Ultra Firmware issues in the last 18 months. Lately though (knock on wood) the Ultras have been running much more smoothly with very few issues. However, I've noticed that my remaining Pro Cameras hear sounds significantly better than my Ultra cameras. I've held off changing out my remaining Pro cameras because having good audio reception in some cases is more important than having better video. I've seen many others on here complaining of the same weak audio level from the Ultra microphone. Even if I put on quality head phones while listening to the Ultra, the Pro camera still puts out louder audio than not using head phones. Has anyone been able to improve things with the Ultra audio? Also, the Ultra option of reducing wind noise does not improve the audio volume either way and yes, the audio setting levels are turned up to maximum. Thanks for any tips!!
