After manually recording on the Arlo mobile app/web browser, are the recordings missing on the mobile app and web browser?

Can you login to your My Arlo account and navigate to > Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras And add your affected Ultra camera to your Add on plan. It looks like that camera is not currently assigned to your Smart Plan.
Also can you test the other cameras to see if the manual record feature is functioning properly, and make sure you have Library filters cleared.
