I have a 16-month old Arlo Ultra 4K UHD Wire-Free Security System - 2 Camera Kit. From the start it's been a problem. It initially took 36 hours to charge one battery fully, then drained quickly.
Arlo has replaced one of the batteries, and later replaced the charger and charging cord. That seemed to solve the problem. I only use one camera and now it will not charge. I have swapped both batteries and both cameras and still zero charging on either battery regardless of which camera they're in. I even deleted one of the cameras from the base station and re-installed it and still, nothing.
I'd appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks!

Did the batteries become fully drained? Generally it's best to recharge them when they drop to 10-20%.
I'd start with testing using another charger. Are the cameras functioning when you charge them (perhaps try this test w/o the battery in the camera)?
If that doesn't help, then maybe try this: https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do Though it's written for the Pro/Pro2 I think it can help with other models.

Hey Stephen, thanks so much. Your suggestion to try the cameras on the charger without the battery was brilliant.
They don't work, so I bought a new 3rd party charger on Amazon and it's working great.
Problem solved, except I have to say that the Arlo Ultra charger I have had already been replaced by Arlo under warranty, and I literally used it maybe 2 or three times before it stopped working. Almost everything I have from Arlo, including a camera, battery, and charger, have failed.
Thanks again, really appreciate you taking the time to help!
