Hello All.
Have had the Ultra 4k system (only 2 camera's and the base) for approximately a week now after my car was vandalized and broken into. Testing it out a little and have found that the camera's which are mounted facing my driveway and front door are not clear at all when paused on a person's face and zoomed in. Wondering if there's anything I'm doing wrong, any suggestions? Also, I have the sensitivity settings at 100% and still the camera's are not picking up things I feel it should be picking up, for example, we have raccoons and rabbits all over our lawn at night and the camera's don't pick them up. Any suggestions? Thank you.

A couple of things:
1) Make sure 4k is enabled (you have to subscribe to PVR to get this on the cloud recordings).
2) The compression used will blur details in any event - zooming too far is a sure way to NOT see details.
You might want to try using a smaller FOV to see if that helps.
