Ultra (3 Camera) stopped recording videos

Recently purchased the Ultra 3 pack in February and set it up. All worked perfectly and as expected until about 4 days ago. When all 3 decided to stop recording video and now just take a singe still photo every time they are triggered. If I go into Mode->Base Station->Armed->Edit, and then try to Edit any of the cameras, they all say "Motion is detected" "Do nothing," and Record video is grayed out. It does show that I have my "Arlo Smart Premier 1 year" subscription. I also have 2 Arlo Q cameras that are working and recording properly to the same account. Can anyone assist? Does anyone know if there is actual Arlo support or is it just community based forums? It appears that the Contact Support web page no longer exists. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Figured it out. Somehow all of my cameras were removed from the subscription. Re-adding them to the sub turned them video option back on.
