Arlo Ultra won't record

My Arlo Ultra will activate and the spotlight works, but when you go to the library there is only a 1 second recording. I have deleted the camera and reactivated, but I still have the same issue.

Do you have any issues livestreaming?

Yes. It won't livestream also.

Before you contact support, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Be sure to note settings, modes, rules and schedule to speed the rebuilding.

Check your subscriptions to make sure the camera is still participating in your Arlo Smart plan. You can do this by logging in to your Alro account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras
