When adding a friend, they continue to get request timed, "Http failure response for https://outocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error"

I have restarted, deleted, added again via iphone and mac desktop. I added another friend easily, but I cannot seem to get pass this request timed out notice

I can’t use a iPhone to accept the invite, I need to use a pc to open the email and click on the link to open the browser to login to have the invite activate.
