opened the Arlo account in his name, he no longer resides with us so I need to switch the account from my sons name to mine, but I don't know how or where to even look at the account to make the monthly payments. Could use some assistance in this matter and Arlo won't help.

You will need his password, and a little bit of his assistance.
- Change the email address for the account to yours: https://kb.arlo.com/4118/How-can-I-change-my-Arlo-email-address
- Go into settings->profile. Select edit and change the name
- install the app on your phone, and log into it using the new email address. Go into profile->login settings->two-factor Verification and set up your phone as the primary trusted device. Remove his phone.
- If you have a subscription, then also go into the Arlo Secure Subscription area and change the credit card info information.
