WHen I first set up the new Ultra it found all my cameras with a simple touch of the sync button. Then like magic poof they were all gone. All 4 Pro and pro 2 cameras. Only thing left was the 2 Arlo Q and the new Ultra camera. Even the door chime was gone.
I have reset / rebooted pulled batteries and all but have given up. This piece of crap cant find the older model cameras again. Funny thing is when after final resyncing the the door bell after the 6th try it showed all my camera in a list with their names as it asked if I wanted to rename the door bell.
Any help greatly appericated! Have spent many hours with no luck and about to give up and take it back.

What device are you using to go through the sync process? Have you tried both mobile (iOS/Android) and the web client from a PC? Are the results the same?
