Some of my Videos are recording, but are only showing still images during playback on iPhone 12 pro. Please help!!!!

have you tried to download first before playing ( to see if it's the app playback or the phone )?

I did not but now just did and it’s definitely the app and not my phone. Has Arlo released any updates to prevent such issues from occurring? Very frustrating!
