Will the solar panel accessory keep a camera warm enough to keep functioning in cold weather. We have one exposed to the wind and at -30 Celsius is wont operate. I would Shield it but its detection angle prevents it. As well, I dont want to run a charge cable out side for the winter. I've thought about the black cover and possibly a layer of external insulation . Any thoughts? Thanks

FrozenBull,
The Solar Panel will not heat up the cameras. Arlo Ultra operating temperatures are -4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C). -30°C is beyond the threshold of what the camera can endure and attaching a solar panel will not allow the camera to operate in those conditions.
