Smarthub Restart Button Greyed Out

I have two smarthubs to connect front door and backyard cameras respectively. One is from Arlo Ultra, the other one is from Arlo 3. However, the 'restart' button in smarthub of Arlo Ultra is always greyed on Arlo app, and it is good if I login through web browser. The other one (smarthub of Arlo 3) is good. Can somebody tell me why this happens? Thanks.

I have the same issue. The base station is online all the cameras are functioning, but I can’t restart the base station from the app.

The restart button is greyed out or not not selectable.

What happens if you manually reboot the hub as well as rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?
