I have two smarthubs to connect front door and backyard cameras respectively. One is from Arlo Ultra, the other one is from Arlo 3. However, the 'restart' button in smarthub of Arlo Ultra is always greyed on Arlo app, and it is good if I login through web browser. The other one (smarthub of Arlo 3) is good. Can somebody tell me why this happens? Thanks.
