Recordings freeze after 7-12 seconds

The last couple days I noticed the recordings starts to freeze after 7-12 seconds. After a few seconds they start again losing a few seconds. If I move the play throttle back I can limit the loss to about 1 second. Why is This happening now?

Hi castortroy86,

 

Try removing the battery from your Arlo Ultra camera and have it closer to the SmartHub/Base Station as a test to see if that helps.
