Hey there. Arlo Ultra recording 000s instead 10s that it suppost, moreover it is doing randomly ( 5videos 00s after two videos 10s, later one 00 and again two 10s) totally mess. Moreover it shows up notification, but there is no video in local storage, or it shows 2 notifications but video just one. Yesterday happened that had 5 notifications and 0 records. Is it punishment that I don't subscribe and using just local storage instead of cloud??

That would seem to be a poor WiFi connection between your camera and hub. Anything that causes a drop of connection would cause this to happen. A lesser possibility is an issue with your ISP but if everything else works I'd suspect the camera connectionm.
