Greetings!

 

I simply am trying to let support know that they can close case 41777400.

 

The RMA camera they sent cured the problem (RMA 7145023).

 

I tried to find another way to try & let them know & to thank them as they were very quick to confirm what I'd discovered via on-line troubleshooting.  A long wait to get to an agent aside, it was about as good a support experience as you will find.

 

Hopefully, this will get to them.  Thanks again!
