I have both systems and nest comes right back on I just purchased the 4K 2 camera system and I had to reset my Comcast modem and Arlo won’t reconnect its amazing how something so simple can make something expensive garbage it’s truly sad. I will also be returning.

When you say Arlo won't connect, can you provide more detail? What LED behavior are you seeing on your SmartHub? Does the SmartHub show online on your account under "My Devices"?

Hub light is green in the app everything is off line. That’s just from the Comcast router being rebooted not a power outage but from what I was reading it seems like a power outage is more troublesome then a reboot.

I remotely rebooted the router so I couldn’t cycle the hub
