One camera without connection. Help!

Hi, does anyone else have this issue? We just got our Arlo Ultra kit a few days ago. We installed both cameras (this kit came with 2 cameras), outside our two story house, one over the garage and one by front door. Our hub is upstair. The first night both worked. The next day The one by the door isn’t connecting and is further away from the hub, so we moved it closer to the hub to see if that works, still no. We tried everything and nothing works. Is there anything else I should try or just return it? I really like the Arlo quality of sound and image but hate that I can’t even use both cameras.

Not sure what "everything" means to you.

 

I'd suggest

  • bringing the camera inside near the base, and seeing if it connects.
  • removing and replacing the battery, and see if it connects
  • remove the camera from the account, and then resync it/add it back.

If these all fail, then exchange the kit with the seller, or contact support and ask for a warranty replacement of the camera.  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
