Notifications all over the place even though they are unchecked

Cant turn off notifications on all ultra cameras .. even tho they are unticked in setting i still keep getting notifications ...
restarted cameras and asme thing ! Started this morning

@n1976jmk The notification fix on Friday was a cloud fix. There was many different model cams effected. My pro 3  work fine since then and had no firmware update. There was one earlier in the week for the ultra smart hub. What @ArnieLittle  described is weird though.
