I purchased two arlo ultra cameras and base at amazon warehouse. At a discounted price, ones that have been returned. am still entitled for the one years free subscription?

Unlikely.

 

Previous reports suggest that once claimed against an account, that's it.

 

You could try contacting support for better advice. This place is essentially user to user.
