No recording on Arlo Ultra Camera. Tried resetting. Dectects motion but no recordings.

Hi,

 

My Arlo Ultra cameras suddenly stopped working.

 

I had to reset the whole system a number of times before it did work again, but the main issue that remains it is not recording the events, it does however detect movements but no more recordings - can someone help me understand what has happened?

Did you go in and go through all the hassle of recreating your modes and rules?

 

Unfortunately, a reset wipes all that hard work. There is no way of exporting and reimporting those settings.
