no 4k recording anymore for me. I have a micro SDcard bought just for the 4k. but when i record there is nothing on the sdcard. its empty!??? it does record on the cloud but not 4k. why doesn t it record to sdcard anymore? i have turn on to local storage.
Could you let me know when this started happening? Were your recordings saved onto the microSD card before with 4K resolution? Are you seeing any errors when you check on the "SD Card" page when going to Settings > My Devices > Choose your SmartHub > SD Card?
AAArggh not recording at anymore. Arlo sucks i want my money back. i just deleted my cam and reconnected it to basestation. now i cannot record at all no record button anymore. its gone it the app and in website.
