Ultra receiving notifications but no recordings
For the last 2 weeks all cameras have been playing up.
1. I have been getting notifications but some not recording.
2. Cameras are on but no notifications received when triggered.
3. Camera is switch off but still working.
Lots of erratic issues even after resetting everything cameras hub app. Definitely not my end. I hope this camera system doesn’t end up compromising my security. Please sort it out, 3 camera a hub and brackets just causing me a headache.
Do any of you guys have the same problem with the the Pro3's if you have one?. Mine are working fine. Edit: I just saw same thing there. My trial is about to expire next week and hope it doesn't happened when I sign up for the plan.
This is just driving me crazy. Now, yes I get notifications. But no recording. Now it doesn’t connect to live view just like my other one. I previously mention. I love the picture quality and wireless. But I have had nothing but problems with this arlo ultra system. I had the arlo pro before but they were 1080p so the quality doesn’t compare to what the ultra does. I hope they fix this soon. Otherwise I don’t know what Else to do or buy. Since I just use outlets to power mine. I don’t have availability to run Ethernet to buy IP hardwire cameras.
