Will motion detecting lights (600 lumens) placed at either end of my driveway create a ‘motion event’ for my Arlo Ultra Camera to start recording? I’m hoping the IR on the camera will see the 2 lights turn on when someone/animal walks by. It will detect motion and start recording during the daytime, but doesn’t seem to detect motion at night, since it is dark. Is motion detected differently at night vs the daytime?

HelloGary,
Arlo cameras use infrared technology to detect motion. For more information on how this works, take a look here: How does the motion detection feature work on my Arlo cameras?
