New phone Arlo worked a couple of days and then it didn’t recognize my phone I have done the bump verification and I get to the screen after entering the code that is sent out and it asks trust device hit trust and all it does is keep spinning. Have deleted app and redownloaded and it does same thing

If you choose to not trust the device, does it allow the login to continue?
