My bank just notified me I was just charged for a subscription. I had a trial and don’t want it continued. I don’t want access for another month and I want a refund.

You can cancel the subscription by using the app to view and cancel it. There are no refunds - what was paid for remains in effect for the whole month (or year) that's already been paid for.
