Need faster access to live cameras (Arlo ultra)

Accessing live camera on Arlo Ultra takes more than 30 sec to a min. or never get connected to live. Spent over $600 for base and 2 cameras. This issue is just not acceptable as the live function doesn’t catch anything live. My nest cam can connect to live in 5 sec. the latest. What is the issue connecting to live on Arlo Ultra? How can we fix it? Otherwise I need to return them.

The time it takes to live stream can vary depending on the data connection of the device you're using to initiate the stream. When you experience this, are you connected to your home WiFi , a different WiFi source, or mobile data? Is there any difference in behavior depending on the connection?
