Mgullett,

 

Poor signal strength or WiFi interference can cause a camera to drop offline. How far from your SmartHub is the camera? What does the signal strength icon show?

 

Some users have had success improving signal strength by moving or elevating their SmartHub so that it is closer to the camera having the issue.
