Have you tried anything to fix it?

Two possibilities:

1. Remove the battery and reinsert it (rebooting the camera)
2. Do a factory reset.  Remove the camera from the account.  Open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec).  Then add the camera back to the account.
