Multiple Arlo Ultra issues

I purchased these cameras a little over a month ago, everything was up and running pretty well (except for the doorbell, which is incomprehensible when “chatting” with someone at the door - and synced video at that time - never happened)
Since updating to the new app, or a combination of iOS 13, it is a completely unreliable system.
Now a few other things going on:
- geofencing isn’t reliable as the base station regularly goes offline
- motion isn’t detected nor triggering recording on one camera (could possibly be motion is too far or out of view)
- no notifications of motion at times, other times there is
- when muting notifications, it will continue to send notifications.
I really want to like this setup but it’s becoming more and more challenging to do so.

Update: called support and was able to get the doorbell workiby properly. Now when the doorbell rings- we get video and can chat (within our WiFi network, will try on data as well). Also, we can now leave a message which we weren’t able to before.
