Well I give them until Monday to get this resolved. Then I will start making posts reviewing Arlo on Best Buy where I bought my system. After spending over $1,000 dollars you expect to something you can depend on and that works most of the time.
Also, considering starting a thread on Yelp and anywhere else I can warn people that this product is no good!
If you are going to be in the security business then you better make a product that is reliable.
If I have to replace Arlo I may just go with a wired system. I need to install a couple more cameras but due the problems with Arlo, not looking to spend more money on Arlo.
