New Arlo App is Blank - Iphone

When i purchased my Ultra cameras and installed them with the NEW APP and had them working just fine on my iPhone.

 Now when i open my app, it is as if there is nothing ever been installed. This just happened last week. Before last week it was working fine. The NEW APP is installed on my wife's iPhone and it works just fine.

I have reinstalled the NEW app 3 times and each time tried to add all the devices back starting with the hub.

Now It will not recognize the hub.

 

Any suggestions / thoughts/ HELP!!!

Are you signing in with the same credentials used on your wife's iPhone or are you signing in using an account given access through the grant access feature?

I was trying to sign in under my account login. When I set this up I shared the access with her. Now when I login under mine I see nothing. When I login under hers everyday is normal.
The only thing now that worries me is it shows each camera as a shared device.
How do I see who they are shared with?

The users the devices are shared with is shown under Grant Access.

What version of the iOS mobile app are you using?

 

Are you able to see this information if you log in to the primary account via web client on a PC? my.arlo.com
