Hi. After some period of time I am no longer able to see any videos in the Library tab of the app. I assumed I would have at least 7 days worth of videos even if I wasn’t an Arlo subscriber. But for months now all I see when I go to the Library tab is an upsell dialogue to purchase an Arlo Smart subscription. Anyone know a fix for this issue? It’s seriously disappointing that I can’t call tech support either. Horrible customer experience on both the upsell and lack of phone support.

After your free trial expires, a smart subscription is required to utilize the cloud recording feature. You can find more info here:  What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

 

You can also utilize the Local storage feature as well: How do I set up local storage backups on a USB device using my Arlo base station?
