Second camera this has happened to me.  The lens is stuck looking up and to the left.  If it senses motion it will work correctly but then goes back to upper left for live viewing.  I imagine the lens is malfunctioning and I need a replacement camera (camera is only one week old so I can still return it)

Has this happened to anyone else?  Known problem?  Or am I just unlucky to have 2 camera's that broke?

Thank you.  I guess I meant the iris or whatever moves the picture.  I left the battery out all day today and when I got home from work plugged it in and it was "unstuck".  Working fine for now.

The lens is fixed and can't move. Have you checked the camera settings for zoom and pan?
