LIVE VIEW NOT WORKING ON WINDOWS LAPTOP OR DESKTOP .... IT WORKS FINE ON ARLO APP ON PHONE

Live view hangs on Please wait... when I try to access live view on Windows Desktop and 2 x Laptops (All on Windows 10) Same result when I try Chrome or Edge. 

It works fine on the app on my samsung phones.

I have tried to to Hotspot my laptop to my phone (Using Phone Data) but same result

What happens if you use an incognito tab? It may be that an extension is blocking the video (I have an extension called Disable HTML5 Autoplay installed and have found I need to adjust the settings for Arlo, specifically disabling it for arlo.com).

I tried it in a incognito tab /window and It works 

Thanks again I will look into the HTML5 and any other extension loading
