Iphone push notifications not making any sound

I installed new Arlo Ultra cameras.  I use an iphone 10.  I cannot get the arlo push notifications to make a sound on my iphone... it only makes a haptic vibration.  It will make a sound on my ipad.  It will make a sound on my apple watch.  Yes, I have tried every option on the iphone under Sounds & Haptics, under Notifications, and under the setting for the Arlo app.  No, my phone is not on DND.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a few questions for you.

1. Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo mobile app?
2. What iOS version is your iphone running?
3. Which version of the Arlo app are you running?

1.  Just reinstalled the app.  No change

2.  iPhone X iOS 13.6

3.  Version 2.18.1 (619)
